The proposed building, contains a playful-cultural program that somehow tries to give an answer to the lack of activity at the moment exist in El Palmar, as from the tourism point of view of the inhabitants themselves. This means the installation of some services such as exhibition hall, projection room, classroom for taller, an area for management, bathrooms etc. In addition to this program is part of an area dedicated to the meetings of the El Palmar fishing (for the draw of seats for “redolì” fishing), as well as installations for the control of irrigation for rice cultivation. The volume will occupy the north to the limit with the lot, allowing a visual barrier of the next buildings to the affected area, either as closure of the so far described, and thus give some prominence to water, to land and tile flooring ancient threshing machine. The building of the visitors center and the thresher, establish a geometric and functional complementary relationship; the new volume extends along the area of land with a substantially horizontal profile, while the thresher on the contrary it develops vertically.

Motorino check point project team: Italo Mazzoleni, Giovanni Manzoni, Antonio Salvi. project: Rome Motorino check point, Rome, Italy date: April 2015 client: competicion shortlist.
The circle evokes the image og the wheel and the dynamic nature of the scooter,an agile vehicle that carves out spaces in the city traffic. Two systems of one way ramps hosted inside the ring distribute the access to the car parls, which are located on the first level and the two underground floors. The volume coexists with the existing parking lot, completing the public service of Piazza del Cinquecento.

extension of the Alvar Alto museum
competicion_2016
Alvar Alto Museum project team: Italo Mazzoleni, Carlos Campos Gonzalez, Giovanni Manzoni, Paolo Radeschi project: extension of the Alvar Alto museum Jyväskylä, Finland. date: March 2015 client: Competicion of extension of Alvar Alto.
The extension area couples between the museum buildings and it is defined by the existing buildings projected lines. The volume of the connection of the museums wont be an obstacle for the green strip area continuity which, at present, runs between the two museum sites. On the contrary the building itself turns into communication and promenade between the west parking spot and the Ruusupuisto square; restoring the Central Finland Museum original entrance. The extension connects the different levels of both museums (exhibitions area and hall – the cafeteria of the Alvar Aalto Museum and Central Finland Museum hall) in a continuum of space which maintains both building volumetric independence thanks to skylight-shots in the roof concurrence. The external materiality of the building seeks to be in harmony and communion with the scenery thanks to huge glazed surfaces and gardened roofs. The inner coating has been built with locally materials (wood-base flooring, continuous linings) and the necessary high quality standards.

10 mq , Madera competicion_2016
Madera Madera is a shelter with a square plan built entirely of wood. The intention in this design is to create a place dictated by a geometric rigor and essential functionality. The space includes an open living area on the ground level and is more in connection with the surrounding environment: a night area placed in a loft. This area is also more intimate and can accommodate up to 3 persons. The shelter is designed to act as a shadow generator when placed in a very sunny location. From the users point of view, strong light and shade contrasts that recall those generated by the cutting of the stone quarry are created.

Museum Sorolla
Madrid_2016
Museum of Sorolla The project area for the expansion of the JoaquĂn Sorolla museum is located in a space that functions as a car park within a block. The proposal has to take into account certain limits in order to maintain the shape of the same lot and the existing building height. Skylights will help bring light into the interior space of the museum, creating an illuminating effect on the cases within the exhibition rooms. Also, placing skylights within the work spaces will serve to provide natural light, and, with the addition of the patios, those areas will receive both natural light and ventilation. The exhibition hall is a diaphanous space, allowing the placement of large works of art. The jump in cuota between the exhibition hall and the old Sorolla Museum is via a ramp that allows the stand in the exhibition hall space. Installation should be performed through the placement of a wooden parallelepiped volume with a reception / management function. This same divide the entrance from the works depot.

visitor center work Gandia, Spain_2016
Visitor center Palau Ducal The project consists in giving to the Ducal Palace of Gandia a space that can accommodate tourists and inform them of the events that are going on inside the palace. The goal of the project is to build a pavilion within this space did not cause trouble. For this view are the only elements to the floor plane and the one on the roof, all the rest are glass hangings that do nothing but provide transparency and give continuity to the wall clay fund. The pavilion is made with a steel frame covered by Sanyichonggon chalk with respect to the cover and wood for the floor. Is raised from the share of land and access is with a ramp.

Prospect 7 floor housing The project stems from the desire of the architect Matteo Musumeci entrusting the task of studying the prospects of a building of seven floors for housing. The image that you want to give the building is absolute simplicity of a rhythm dictated by the overhang of the reinforced concrete slabs that cast a shadow inside playing with the movement of the inner vestments. The ground floor is raised above the share of road and through the use of Uglass allows the illumination of the interior. The simplicity in the use of two materials, concrete and wood building give uniform lightness.

Gym and offices work Valencia, Spain_2016
Correcaminos, Gym and offices The building is located just outside the historic center of the city of Valencia in a context of buildings of the ‘60s. The project aims to renovate a building that is located on the ground floor and is used as a gym and offices for Correminos group. One of the biggest problems, as well as what to do to get inside this space a fairly large program, was how to get natural lighting inside the ambienti.Per that have opened the skylights to illuminate the space of meeting room and gym. The intervention had as limit what both sides of the block were closed by other adjacent buildings. For this intervention takes place mostly in height, elimindando some floors and allowing light to get to the ground floor and increase the perception of space.
