The 80 hectares of olives trees offers a lot of possibilities for our guests. The "Mongiovino" outdoor swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, is situated about 100 metres away from the Villa and from the Limonaia and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the hills of Mongiovino. The "Muserale" outdoor swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, is located close to Casa dei Gelsi and near Olivaia and the view sweeps over the Muserale Valley.

The complex is surrounded not only by the garden, but also by a beautiful imposing park installed at the same time as the restoration during the second half of the 19th century. With an "English-style" landscaping, the park crossed by long paths, each of which marked by various types of essences covers the whole hill up to the valley entrance where the characteristic Monumental Tower stands.
