OUR HISTORY TIMELINE

VAT MANAGEMENT

SCODEREC (later VIALTIS), a company dedicated to VAT management for road hauliers is founded in Paris. SEPAC

SCODEREC buys the company SEPAC and founds sales companies in Portugal, Italy, Spain and Slovakia.

FERRY BOOKING

VIALTIS starts to offer Ferry Booking and establishes 4 sales companies in Germany, Poland, Romania and Turkey.

CREATION OF MYVIALTIS

VIALTIS launches the Diesel Solution Provider service and the website: www.vialtis.com. The creation of myVialtis takes place.

MINIMUM WAGE SERVICE

VIALTIS launches the Minimum Wage service and goes from being a service provider to a service solution provider.

ITD, FDE AND VIALTIS

The ITD Group handles a wide interest of the industry from the headquarters in Padborg and offices in Copenhagen and Brussels and are represented in 11 other countries via subsidiaries.

ROAD TOLL

The first toll department launches and VIAROUTE is established.

NEW NAME: VIALTIS

The company name changes to VIALTIS – merger of the 3 companies: SCODEREC, VIAROUTE and SEPAC.

SHARED SERVICES IN FRANCE

VIALTIS’ shared services centre moves to Aix-enProvence, France.

VIALTIS AND THE ITD GROUP

VIALTIS is now part of the ITD Group. The VAT department moves to FDE.

The VAT management expand with a 48 Hours Prepayment service which implies that our customers get their VAT refunded within 48 hours.

We provide you with direct booking of your crossing through Europe. We offer you more than 1,200 sea routes and 400 departures every day from 150 ferry companies at competitive rates.

The myVIALTIS customer area was launched in March 2010. Dedicated exclusively to VIALTIS customers and partners, it includes all the services VIALTIS can offer.
