ITI Limited 3 Year No-Chip Warranty

International Tableware Incorporated (ITI) warrants ITI branded dinnerware against edge chipping for three years from the date of purchase. ITI will replace or provide equivalent substitutes on a onefor-one basis at no charge for any item returned and found to be defective.

This warranty applies only to items that have chipped under normal usage. ITI reserves the right to determine normal usage. This warranty does not cover breakage of any kind. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty claims may be submitted by email to: warranty@itinow.com

An email response or replacement authorization will be sent to the claimant.

All claims must be accompanied by the item(s) to be replaced and a copy of the original authorized invoice for the item(s). The invoice must be dated within three years of the claim. A written response or replacement authorization will be sent to the claimant. Return freight is the responsibility of the claimant. Replacements will be shipped freight prepaid.

Disclaimer

Fully Vitrified Ceramic Dinnerware is fired at very high temperature which is the norm for this class of Dinnerware. This high temperature may cause normal size, color, and capacity variation. The industry standards recognize an allowable tolerance over/under variance in size of +/- 1/8” in diameter and a +/- 10% in capacity from published catalog information.

The above industry standards apply to the listed dimensions and as such, these listed dimensions should not be considered as specifications, they are the closest measures and for reference only.
