History and awards IT.integro’s market presence dates back to 1991. Initially, the company was a part of the Optimus S.A. holding, however as it was growing, it shifted its focus to implementation of integrated IT solutions. In 1997 as a pioneer on the Polish market, we launched implementation projects for an ERP system - Navision Software which is currently known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV. In 2002, the system was acquired by Microsoft, which was a starting point for mutual close collaboration resulting in a variety of successes and awards. We are the primary Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner in Poland.

International customers We successfully carry out global, multi-language and multi-currency implementation projects for corporations and capital groups. Each day we support over 1,000 multilanguage users worldwide. Until now, we have completed over 50 foreign implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, in 44 countries worldwide.
We implement dedicated solutions which are developed by our team, transferring our project know-how to our customers. The experience we have gained internationally enabled us to develop Master Data Management System (MDMS) - an add-on solution extending Microsoft Dynamics NAV capabilities which was certified by Microsoft. We implement integrated multi-language systems and roll-out projects. We possess knowledge and experience gained both on local and global markets, which enables us to fulfill the requirements of large and multi-subsidiary companies.

Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step is the methodology for Dynamics NAV implementation, which was designed based on experience in Microsoft ERP system implementation. The experience gained in various companies and industries enabled us to create effective methodology based on proven and standardized activities resulting the improved quality of implementation. By using Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology, we ensure the highest quality of service, reducing costs and streamlining implementation processes at the same time. Our customers actively participate in projects which provides them with an insight into processes and enables them to influence them actively. This enables us to customize the system to suit end users’ needs as early as at the project stage, respond instantly to on-going changes and solve potential problems instantly. Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology is a genuine guarantee of the highest quality of our work.

Analysis It is the first implementation step. It covers all activities which are required to initiate and plan the project as well as the overview of processes which can be enhanced with the adjustment of existing procedures or creation of new ones. This stage results in a key project document, the Project Chart. It covers the schedule, stages and implementation products with corresponding budgets.
Project It specifies the method for implementing specific requirements. This stage involves the setup for the whole solution and plan for all modifications required to meet all criteria defined during the analysis stage.
Development The aim of this stage is to complete the development of all components specified at the project stage (interface, modifications) as well as the development of data migration tools. Development also encompasses the designing of acceptance tests and the full test version of the target application.
Deployment This stage includes training courses for users and acceptance tests. The final data migration is conducted and the Go-live Checklist is confirmed. The deployment stage means that users cease using the previous system.
Operation It is the final stage of ERP system implementation, Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Solutions and knowledge are transferred to the Customer. The project is formally summarized and completed, and finally handed over to the Help Desk department.
