Meet The Visionary Founder
GoaGetterr's visionary founder, Garv Vohra, is a man with an extraordinary adventure and an enterprising drive. Garv, who was born in New Delhi, received his early schooling at Mayo College in Ajmer and then went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He turned down an alluring pre-placement offer from a corporate setting in order to pursue his entrepreneurial zeal, which ultimately resulted in the founding of GoaGetterr.
The idea for GoaGetterr originated from Garv's own experiences planning easy visits to Goa with friends over the years. During a trip to Goa with ten friends earlier this year, where Garv made all the arrangements—from villas and cars to entry at upscale clubs—the idea to launch the business came together. The idea that he could impart this information to a wider audience led to the creation of GoaGetterr. Encouraged by friends and family, GoaGetterr started to gain traction, especially among young people in the 18–30 age range. It is also true that social media had a significant role in spreading the news about his initiative.

GoaGetterr serves a wide range of customers, including young professionals and college students, celebrities, NRIs, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI). The launch of GoaGetterr was an incredible experience, albeit not without its share of difficulties. Getting the team together and negotiating the complexities of operations, marketing, and client acquisition were just a few of the challenges that had to be overcome in order to launch the business. At the young age of 21, Garv also had to deal with the challenge of not always being taken seriously in the cutthroat world of experienced older professionals.
Despite his youth, Garv's drive and spirit of entrepreneurship carried him through doubts and helped him advance. The obstacles turned into stepping stones that helped the GoaGetterr team become more resilient and creative, which is a credit to Garv's vision and ability to transform challenges into opportunities.
