If you find yourself unable to make a performance, you may exchange your tickets up to 48 hours in advance for any other season event. (If the newly selected performance is of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.)

Loyalty Points

You’ll receive Loyalty Points for your new or continuing subscription that will go toward improving your seats for future seasons!

50/50 PAYMENT OPTION

You may select to only pay 50% of the cost of your order at time of purchase, and be billed the remainder in August! (Additional fees apply, see FAQs on pages 39 and 40).

Buy For Family

Subscribers can add tickets for friends and family to their order, even if the subscriber is not planning to attend. Simply add their tickets to your order and extend your subscriber benefits to them.

At IU Auditorium, Loyalty Points are our way of rewarding you for your support! Points determine seat locations for season shows. The greater your point total, the closer you get to the performances you love.

Loyalty Points are earned through subscribing to the IU Auditorium season and the donation of charitable gifts.

Priority Seating

Season pre-order ticket buyers will purchase and select their seats before they go on sale to the general public—giving you access to better seats.
