Glassware: Highball Garnish: Fresh Mint Sprig 2
Demerara Sugar Syrup
Fresh Lime Juice
Fresh Mint Leaves
Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
Method: Place mint leaves into palm of hands, lightly crush then add to your glass. Add sugar syrup and lime juice along with a dash of Angostura® aromatic bitters. Gently press leaves with swizzle stick then add crushed ice. Swizzle mix, add rum then more crushed ice. Swizzle again. Dash Angostura® aromatic bitters and top up glass with more crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig.

HAVE AN EPIC TIME Epic Punch Glassware: Rocks Garnish: Pineapple Wedge/Cocktail Umbrella ½ oz Angostura® 7yr Rum ½ oz Forres Park Puncheon Rum ½ oz Passion Fruit Puree 1 oz Lime Juice 1 oz Simple Syrup Dust of Fresh Nutmeg 2 Dashes Angostura® Aromatic Bitters Method: Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker then add cubed ice. Shake well then strain over into hurricane glass filled with ice. Dust nutmeg on top. Garnish with pineapple wedge/cocktail umbrella.
