METHODOLOGY REFERENCING GLOBAL REPORTING INITIATIVE (GRI) We prepared this report with reference to the GRI framework to guide the evaluation of our performance within widely accepted reporting frameworks. Leveraging these frameworks, we set out to clearly communicate our ESG risks and opportunities to stakeholders in a way that enhances transparency and long-term decision-making. Detailed disclosures can be found in the GRI Index on pages 60-85 of this report. Disclosures under these frameworks are related to Heritage Petroleum’s sustainability performance in 2020-2021 and include all company operations unless otherwise noted.
