Advanced Jet Training (AJT) Facility, RAF Valley Client: VT Aerospace Ltd Architect: Parsons Brinckerhoff Project Description The new AJT Facility includeds the construction of the new Advanced Jet Trainer (AJT) buildings to be utilised as part of the UK Military Flying Training System (MFTS) at RAF Valley. The new buildings included an operational squadron building, incorporating two aircraft simulators, and a maintenance hangar together with associated car parking. The hangar will house the new 28 Hawk TMk 2 aircraft that will provide airborne fast jet training as part of MFTS.

Edinburgh Tram Network Airport Kiosk Canopy Edinburgh Airport tram stop is a new tram stop currently under construction by Edinburgh Trams. It will serve Edinburgh Airport, both the stop and the entire tram line are expected to open in 2014. Project Description The project involved the construction of a new tram line running from Edinburgh Airport through to Edinburgh city centre whilst linking with Edinburgh Park, Haymarket, Waverley rail stations, as well as Murrayfield Stadium, Princess Street and Ocean Terminal.
New Oncology Unit – Furness General Hospital This is a £2m scheme for a new Oncology (Cancer) Unit at Furness General Hospital – Morcambe Bay Hospitals NHS Trust.
The development provided a large amount of accommodation at reasonable cost due to the structural framing & cladding made from localised timber. The project was completed in June/July 2005.

West Cumberland Hospital Whitehaven, UK Project Description The new West Cumberland Hospital will be a benchmark for the new generation of facilities that must replace the old district hospitals. It will be the hub of a much wider network providing acute care whilst many of the traditional hospital based services will be provided in the community.
Exiting Site
The budget for this project was set at £100 million (later reduced to £90 million) before any detailed brief was formulated. The winning strategy was to devise a development plan which balanced new building and refurbishment, reconstruction and demolition to get as much out of this budget as possible.
Working collaboratively within Revit Architecture to produce detail design, tender drawings, room loaded c-sheets, specifications & schedules for a £25m Hospital project in line with current HTM & HBN Healthcare Regulations. Produce 3D models based off 2D construction drawings and specifications using Revit. Co-ordinate 3D BIM models with external consultants and review for inconsistencies and clashes.
