What is Important, Vedic Astrology and Western Astrology? What is the meaning of astrology? The planets and the stars have always created an enthralling sensation of wonder. Numerous cultures look up at the sky and see the image of God there. There's a cosmic ray, on a large scale and one on a smaller scale, taking place for every one of us. Astrology studies or learning astrology online is all about patterns and connections related to the planets moving, our birth chart and synastry to other people, the structure of elements, and the application of this knowledge to discover significance. Western Astrology has a relatively recent history compared to Vedic Astrology, as it has been used for hundreds of years and has written texts in the Vedas. The primary distinction between Vedic and Western astrology is that one has the fixed Zodiac. In contrast, the other uses moving zodiacs. Western Astrology employs the tropical Zodiac that considers the earth as the central point and celestial bodies revolving around it. The basis of this notion means the sun will return at the exact moment of the vernal equinox. Following its circle around the earth (as the sun appears to be from the earth). Vernal Equinox is the celestial time of year when the sun is in the sky above the Equator (the line which divides the globe into 2 equal portions). The vernal equinox occurs on the 22nd of March every year when night and day are equal in length. As per Western Astrology, this is the date that defines the sign that is the first to be born, Aries, followed by the other signs. But, concerning fixed stars, the vernal equinox is shifted to the west in opposition to the sun's annual motion at about 50.26 seconds per year. It is also known as the "precession" of the equinoxes or ayanamsa. The reason for this is that the earth's axis also turns and completes a rotation every 26000 years. Vedic Astrology is also able to consider this minor shift in the earth's position. It has moved the vernal equinox location of the sidereal Zodiac approximately 25 degrees to the west of the 0degree vernal equinox of the western system. Instead of a tropical year, Ved Shastra is founded on the Sidereal year, which refers to the length of time that the earth has to rotate around the sun concerning the fixed star Chitra which is believed to be 20 minutes more than the typical tropical year. Due to this, it is believed that the Aries western Astrology continues to drift further away from the Aries point in Vedic Astrology at an average of one inch every 72 months. Currently, the difference has grown to more than 24 degrees over the last 2000 years. The last time the Aries in Western Astrology and the Vedic Astrology were on the same level was 285 AD. The type of Astrology that relies on a fixed zodiac system is known as Sayana, and the one that employs a zodiac that moves is known as Nirayana. Because the planets' movements change and the Universe expands, everything remains static in the Vedic system. Astrology is considered to be more solid and trustworthy. The planets and signs generally have the same interpretation and symbolic meanings within both systems; however, Vedic Astrology provides more precise calculations and methods, making it more reliable. Compared to the western system, Vedic astrology is more stable because it is based on more precise astronomical laws. It should be kept in mind that planets are moving across the sky

according to the Nirayana system. Vedic Astrologers do not just look at the chart of birth but also at the dasas, which are the times of planets moving through different signs and their impact in real-time. Additionally, the Vedic Astrology is built on the Moon and Sun signs. Sun alters its signs about a month, while the moon shifts signs after 2.25 days. That is why predictions based on the moon are more precise and accurate, as our moods and situations constantly change. Additionally, the moon reflects the emotional and mental state of our temperament, so understanding the lunar position leads to more precise predictions and analyses. Vedic Astrology, therefore, has more exact and detailed instruments and techniques for making predictions than western astrology and is, therefore, more accurate. To learn more about it, one can go for a major astrology college or opt for an online one like the jamini astrology course and Kp astrology. However, you can check the KP astrology fee on their website.
