Organizational processes in a manner which achieves the goals and needs of AIESEC while keeping the LC in line with the local environment and national objectives. Being able to simultaneously keep an eye on the local market, and negotiate with its big stakeholders while keeping Austria on track towards the 2015 goals and still keeping an eye on the new opportunities available through AIESEC.

MY BIGGEST FAILURE WAS AT THE BEGINNING OF MY VP ER TERM WHERE I DID NOT GET THE BIG PICTURE OF THE MARKET, AND DIDN’T COLLABORATE WITH OTHER ENTITIES AT ALL WHICH LED TO LACK OF SALES AGREEMENTS, GETTING LOST IN THE PROCESS. WITH THE CHANGE OF THE STRUCTURE AND REALIZING WHAT IS THE STATUS QUO, I HAVE MANAGED TO ESTABLISH FIRST CORPORATE SALES PARTNERS.

One of the processes which is most essential in order to provide the right education to the members is knowledge transition. During my AIESEC and non AIESEC experience I have facilitated a variety of different training. One of my strengts that i could fit any situation and try to provide good framework, so people could find their own frame and implement it in the realisation process.

1. WHY HAVE YOU DECIDED TO RUN FOR MC OF AIESEC IN AUSTRIA? MY CONNECTION TO THIS ORGANIZATION IS EACH DAY GROWING MORE AND MORE. LOOKING BACK WHAT WAS MY CONTRIBUTION TO AIESEC IN AUSTRIA SO FAR, MY JOY IS GETTING BIGGER. I CAN SAY THAT BELIEF IS SOMETHING WHAT IS DRIVING ME TO DO MORE. EXACTLY ONE YEAR AGO I WAS ELECTED TO BE PRESIDENT OF ONE OF THE SMALLEST ENTITIES IN AIESEC IN AUSTRIA, NO ONE BELIEVED IN US, BUT WITH THE MATTER OF STRONG WILL AND LOVE TO WHAT WE ARE DOING I WAS ABLE TO BRING MY TEAM AND THE LC TO ONE OF THE MOST DESIRED PLACES IN THE COUNTRY. UNDERSTANDING OF 2015: HOW DO YOU EVALUATE AIESECS CURRENT PERFORMANCE TOWARDS 2015? WHICH ARE THE MILESTONES WE ARE CLOSE TO ACHIEVE AND WHICH ARE WE FACING MOST CHALLENGES? AIESEC 2015 WAS CREATED AS THE GREAT GOAL WITH A SIMPLE MESSAGING IN THE MIND OF THEIR MEMBERS. IT IS A BIG SHIFT OF STRATEGIES WHICH WERE IN OUR LAST 5 YEAR PLAN. ON THE MATTER OF ELD PROGRAMS I THINK THAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF GROWTH UNDERSTOOD UNTIL THIS POINT BY ALL MEMBER COUNTRIES IT IS LESS AND LESS SITUATION THAT PEOPLE ARE QUESTIONING QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.

INSTRUCTIONS ARE PROVIDED AND UP TO EVERY COUNTRY IS TO IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS AS BEST AS POSSIBLE. IT IS A SLOW PROCESS BUT AT THE MOMENT WE ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED NUMBERS.

WHEN WE THINK ABOUT THREE WHEALS WE ARE HAVING INDIVIDUALLY AS WELL AS INTERNATIONAL LOTS OF INITIATIVE. AS PART OF GLOBAL YOUTH VOICE AIESEC IS TRYING TO PARTNER WITH AS MANY GOVERNMENTAL, NON GOVERNMENTAL AND STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS IN ORDER TO SPREAD RIGHT MESSAGES ABOUT THE WORLD ISSUES,I WOULD SAY THAT IT IS ONLY A FIRST REAL STEP TOWARDS HAVING A SAY A YOUTH RELATED ISSUES, AS OUR MAIN ISSUE AT THE MOMENT IS CREDIBILITY IT IS IMPORTANT TO ENSURE OUR MAXIMAL GROWTH AND YOUTH INVOLVEMENT SO WE WILL BE RECOGNIZED AS SOMEONE WHO STAND IN FRONT OF SOCIETY BECAUSE OF ITS RELEVANCE BY NUMBER ENGAGED STUDENTS AND VARIETY OF OUR PROGRAMS.

SECOND STEP IS TO INCREASE QUALITY OF TMP PROGRAM, FIRST OF ALL EVERY SINGLE MEMBER SHOULD FEEL HIS OR HER RELEVANCE IN THIS ORGANIZATION AND EXPERIENCE REAL INTERNATIONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT BY HAVING TO GO

FROM THIS YEARS EXPERIENCE, THERE SHOULD BE MORE LC INVOLVEMENT DURING THE CONFERENCE CREATION PROCESS IN ORDER TO MEET THE RIGHT NEEDS FOR EACH LC. WE SHOULD ON THE OTHER HAND PROVIDE THE POSSIBILITY FOR EBS TO DELIVER SOME OF THE TRAININGS FOR VARIOUS TRACKS AT THE CONFERENCES. THIS WILL PROVIDE MORE POSITIONING FOR THE EBS AND MAKE ALL THE LC PIPELINES STRONGER DUE TO SHOWCASING THE IMPORTANCE OF EACH AND EVERY LEADERSHIP POSITION. WHAT IS IN THE END TRUE, VERY OFTEN THE WHOLE CONCEPT IS MADE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE MC TEAM WHO IS LET'S SAY PARTLY DETACHED FROM THE ACTUAL WORKING STANDARDS OF THE LOCAL LEVEL, WHERE CLEAR LC SUPPORT AND INPUTS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO MEET OUR RIGHT EXPECTATIONS.

OF COURSE SONA IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE MORE ADAPTED, SO IT COULD GIVE US HINTS FOR FASTER REACTIONS FROM THE MC TEAM

AUSTRIA AS WELL THE ONE OF THE MOST RESPECTED ORGANIZATIONS FROM UNIVERSITY SIDE. FOR ALL STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS IN
