It has been founded at the beginning of 2011, as a member of ETG Group from Podgorica. It is consisted of two parts, one in Belgrade, the other in Podgorica. Professional team of “Green Project” has rich experience with renowned domestic, European and other investors, and it has modernized its work with the most advantaged software when designing and project management are concerned.

EDU center
Energy for the new civil engineering thoughts
Having ideas of construction of the high standards buildings, as well as renovation of old damaged buildings, and having emphasized responsibility toward society, ETG Group has established Education Center for Green Construction. Education Center is unique place in the Region, because it is not only informative center on Green Construction, but also the place where exhibits are in function and where they are used for energetic supply of the building itself. On the occasion of its 15th anniversary, ETG Group has reconstructed 50 years old building, using the latest scientific technological solutions and converted it into low energetic building, and EDU Center and Gallery of Solutions have been placed in it. Project is consisted of integrated solar collectors for sanitary hot water, solar energy power station of 2kW, all systems for cooling and heating with the energy recuperation, installed systems in water supply system, sewage system and electric installations. With renovation of this building we managed to decrease the energy consumption for 70 %. At the same time, EDU Center is an institution of regional character, meaning that transfer of the know-how of this center is available for all interested from Region, providing to them training at the highest world standards when application of green construction and energy efficiency technologies are concerned.

Our designing services cover architecture, interior and installations (water supply and sewage, thermodynamics installations, smoke extraction, overpressure systems, electro energetic installations and telecommunications, security and signal systems) with complete project documentation: preliminary solutions, preliminary and main projects, execution project with all details necessary for works execution, projects of executed works, studies, analysis and optimization of existing installations and elaboration of energy efficiency, putting into operation facilities and systems, preparation of documentation for tenders and biddings.

Energy efficiency
Energetic efficiency is not only the vision of the future, but the obligation of the presence as well. If “ we have borrowed the Planet from our successors�, our obligation is to leave it in a better shape than it was when we inherited it. Therefore, energetic efficiency is not only a phrase, but a culture of living and using of space and resources on the principle of sustainability. Process of construction of energetically efficient buildings considers designing, execution, managing, using and renewing of the buildings in accordance with the regulations for protection of ecologic environment and resources. Their recognition is that with minimal energy consumption maximal level of comfort and convenience are achieved, as well as certain savings.

Klaster Orion 3E Consortium d.o.o. has been established in order to connect economic subjects from Montenegro, BiH and Croatia, and enable them to increase their compatibility, as well as to enable them to come out to international market faster and more strongly. The main founders of cluster are EKONERG from Zagreb, DVOKUT-PRO from Sarajevo and ETG group from Podgorica along with experts from Slovenia and Croatia. Activity of ORION 3E CONSORTIUM are energy, ecology, construction, engineering, research and education. Cluster has been established as a trade union, open for acceptance of any new members from the Region. Cluster has 178 employees, on the full time basis, 67% of them are university graduates, 11
with masters and PhD degrees, and about 22% are engineers with college education. Average annual income of cluster is about 13 millions of euro. Once RH becomes equal partner in EU more financial funds will flow from EU, so ORION 3E, being in a position of a leading partner, will be able to initiate and conduct EU projects, especially those concerning energetic efficiency, environment protection, as well as projects of over borders cooperation of RH with RS, BiH and CG. ORION 3E even now, due to the listed advantages such as increased economic potential, increased number of ‘in house’ experts, and all other references, has a plan to increase significantly the scope of its services, number of employees and income for its members.
