The design and engineering of HVDC/AC platforms

At the moment, onshore wind energy is economically the best way to produce durable energy. However, in the long term, the utilisation of offshore wind farms is also very advantageous in that an offshore location provides ample space for the facility, higher wind speeds than onshore and unobstructed areas. The energy that the turbines in a wind farm generate is gathered at an offshore transformer platform, where the energy is conditioned for transportation to the shore. Iv-Offshore & Energy has gained a lot of experience in the design and engineering of HVDC/AC Platforms over the last couple of years. We have executed many wind energy projects in close cooperation with our partners.
