Employee submits REQUEST for a Safety Escort using IVIS Security mobile app or by scanning client QR Code.

Virtual Sentries INITIATE LiveChat feature in mobile app to communicate directly with employee and CONFIRM employee’s information & travel path.

Virtual Sentries REVIEW camera feeds along travel path for potential threats, give employee ACCESS to live view of cameras, and ACTIVATE outdoor audio alert that shopping center is under live surveillance. Once Virtual Sentries confirm via LiveChat that no potential threats were detected, employee can WALK to their vehicle or their place of employment safely.
