The township planning emphasizes walkability and community engagement, featuring diverse apartment types that cater to various lifestyle and family sizes. Central to design is a high street mall, providing a vibrant commercial hub for the residents and visitors. The design promotes pedestrain friendly pathways, green spaceas and recreational area, enhancing the qualtiy of life. Mixed-use buildings combine residential, retail, office spaces, fostering a dynamic and suatainable urban developement

At the forefront of sustainable design, our university integrates such louvers into various projects, enhancing functionality and aesthetics. The louvers’ adaptive nature ensures comfort in diverse weather conditions, reducing reliance on artificial climate control. This approach aligns with our ethos of environmentally responsible architecture, fostering a built environment that harmonizes with nature. The result is a blend of cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices, preparing students to lead in eco-conscious design.

The restaurant interior design emphasizes natural wood finishes for furniture, ceiling, and floor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A booth area beside the window offers cozy seating with a view, enhancing the dining experience. Drawing inspiration from Japanese aesthetics, the design features clean lines, minimalistic decor, and harmonious elements. The use of wood brings a sense of tranquility and connection to nature, reflecting the simplicity and elegance of Japanese style. This thoughtful design fosters a serene dining environment, seamlessly blending traditional charm with modern functionality, perfect for an immersive culinary experience.

The bus terminal design incorporates adaptive glass and automatic weather-responsive glass to cool the interior, ideal for the hot climate. This innovative glazing system ensures passenger comfort while reducing energy consumption. The terminal features segregated areas for pedestrians and cars, ensuring smooth and safe circulation. Separate entry and exit points enhance efficiency, while dedicated parking zones for local and intercity buses streamline operations. This thoughtful layout prioritizes safety, functionality, and environmental sustainability, providing a modern and comfortable transit hub that meets the demands of a bustling, high-temperature locale.

The project focuses on creating a functional and efficient Greenfield Airport in Chiethu, Kohima, Nagaland. Emphasis is on optimal circulation for both passengers and services. Key architectural features include a curved roof that correlates with the curved spiral louvers, designed to provide shade and enhance aesthetics. These elements integrate seamlessly with the airport’s overall design, ensuring a visually appealing yet practical structure. The goal is to balance modern functionality with the natural beauty of the region, providing a welcoming gateway to Nagaland.

The open stage design in Manipur for a client integrates the cultural essence of the Naga shawl and the traditional roof of a morung. The stage backdrop features intricate patterns inspired by the Naga shawl, symbolizing heritage and community. The roof, designed like a morung, provides shelter and a distinctive architectural identity. This culturally resonant design honors local traditions while creating a visually captivating and functional space for performances and gatherings
