Indonesia Youth Leadership Conference (lYLC) is a national induction conference for new recruited member held annually by AIESEC in Indonesia. IYLC 2019 specifically aim for new member engagement, enable new member to commit to AIESEC Indonesia and its goals. Through connecting them to the organization and train them on necessary skill and competences to achieve their goals.
