Here’s what you’ll need:
Redecorate your space with your new items from this month’s box! Get your parents’ permission and invite a few of your closest friends over for a sleepover party that they’ll never forget.
Make a Special Playlist
Set up a Selfie Booth
What’s a party without music? You be the DJ! Before your guests arrive, have them send you five of their favorite songs. Come up with an awesome title that goes with the theme of your sleepover and make a playlist on your favorite streaming app. Pump up the volume and get the party started the moment your girls walk in the door!
Once the weekend is over and Monday morning rolls around, the girls will still be talking about the epic party you planned. Keep the memories going with loads of pics and videos of the night. Get a poster board and paste cool magazine clippings on it. Hang it on the wall as a backdrop. Everyone can stand in front of it with their favorite poses!
Make a Yummy Spritzer After all that dancing, your guests will be thirsty! Ask an adult to help you make a special drink. Mix up a sparkling fruity spritzer using a 2-liter lemon-lime soda, 1 pint of your favorite frozen fruit, and 2-3 ice cubes.
End the Night With a Movie What’s a girls’ night without a great movie? Grab some popcorn and find a new or favorite movie to watch on your favorite streaming app.
Turn Your Room into a Spa Every girl deserves pampering. Give your girls the royal treatment. Ask your parents to provide sheet masks, nail tools, and dazzling nail polish. Take turns painting each other’s nails.

Have you ever heard the saying that “change is good”? Well, it is, and that is especially true when it comes to decorating your personal space. For most girls like you, their personal space is likely their bedroom. You know that place where you can be anything that you want to be... from a rock star to a beauty queen or even president. Yes, that space. Sometimes it’s good to give your room a makeover. Change can be very exciting! You may be getting really excited right now when you think about how amazing your room will be after you switch things up a bit. Well, Sweetie, to help you get started, here are some tips for getting your room funky and organized:
It ' s YOUR Room From the door, let them know who’s room it is. Whether you call yourself the “Queen”, “Princess”, or whatever makes you feel special in your room, start your room refresh with a really cool door sign.
A Place For Everything You want to be sure to keep all of your important items in an area that will make finding them super easy. Things like your alarm clock (because tweens know that they should be able to get up on their own!), whatever you need for the day’s activities (such as your planned outfits or school things), and personal items such as glasses, should be put in a very specific area...everyday. That way you know where they are and everything will be totally organized.

Put Your Cute Tee Collection On Display Graphic t-shirts don’t just look funky on you, they can be really cool to showcase in your room. Some ways to show them off are by hanging them onto your wall with removable stickies or by having them folded or laying them out so that all of the designs can be seen. Girl, expect people to be a little jelly about your cute tee display!
Add Some Flavor To Your Walls Your walls are the perfect place for “eye-candy”. That’s not candy that you eat, but things that make you smile or that you like to look at. So, hang up pics of your favorite things, wall decals, or whatever will make your room fabulous! The things on your walls should be stuff that means something to you...because, remember, you are the queen of your castle!

Mari Copeny also known as "Little Miss Flint," is a 12 year old child activist from Flint, Michigan and loves helping people in need. When she was 8 years old, her city experienced a crisis making it difficult to get clean drinking water. Mari wrote a letter to President Obama about the issue and he made a special trip to visit her!
When the city stopped paying for bottled water for the people of Flint, Mari brought people together to give out millions of bottles.
How Mari Changed Her Community
She uses her social media to fight for kids and to advocate for clean water.
In 2019, she began working with a company to provide water filters to communities across America with unsafe drinking water.
After President Obama’s visit, Mari made national news and many organizations sent bottled water to Flint. She’s raised over $500,000 to help thousands of kids in Flint.

our BFF is someone who is very important to you. Their friendship means so much and you really like being with them. So, of course, you want your BFF to enjoy spending time with you at your house...and one of the coolest places to host your BFF is in your bedroom. For most girls, their room is the most awesome place to hang out in their house. In it, you will usually find lots of cute decorations, some of their absolutely favorite things, and plenty of stuff that will keep girls busy for a while. A girl’s room is her own castle and it has to be just right...especially when her BFF is coming over. Anything less than fabulous just will not do! Here are 3 ways to get your room ready for a BFF visit:

Make sure that your room is clean. Yup, a clean room

Get your toys organized.
Everybody knows that it’s more fun to play with toys, books, and puzzles when you can find all of the pieces! So, be sure that your toys are orderly so that you can have loads of fun without having to hunt for missing stuff.
Have your floor sparkling and set up for playing. No
dust bunnies or clutter are allowed! Your floor will look even cuter with a pretty little rug, (that will make it cozy!), and a cleared out space for playing. Do these three super easy steps and your room will be totally ready for hosting your BFF for the best playdate ever

What is your cancellation policy? Your subscription can be canceled at anytime in your Brown Sugar Box Account Settings. If you’ve already been billed/paid for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. I received my box and I am missing an item, one of my items was damaged, or my shirt is not the size I ordered. Can I get a replacement? If you received your Kids & Tweens Brown Sugar Boxes and you are missing an item from your box, an item has been damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong size shirt, please email us at support@izzyandliv.com within 7 days from receipt of your box and we will replace the item for you. Unfortunately, after 7 days from the date your box has been delivered, we will not replace the item.
