All in the head design All J2 integrated touch terminals feature an all in the head design meaning that all computer components are located in the touchscreen head. A compact design and a unit that can be desktop, wall or pole mounted is the result.

When style means everything The Sango from Aures is a revolutionary integrated touch terminal that brings a new sense of style to the point of sale. Elegantly suspended on its offset cast aluminium arm, the real exo-skeleton of the POS terminal and support for its technology core (CPU), the Sango combines minimalist lines, ergonomics and low power consumption. The fanless CPU is housed behind a high gloss, removable, polycarbonate cover that provides easy access for maintenance or connecting peripherals. The bezel-less touch screen is not only LED backlit but offers the choice of resistive and/or multi-touch projected capacitive touch technology. A cost effective, fanless integrated touch terminal that offers energy efficient operation and flexible mounting options. The J2 625 offers high performance and reliability thanks to the new Intel D2550 Cedarview 1.86GHz processor. Providing the longest product life possible, the dual core Atom processor has a higher speed with lower power consumption than other currently available Atom processors from Intel, at a similar price point. The J2 625 offers a choice of touch screens; both are spill proof, dust proof, and can be cleaned with a standard glass cleaner. You can choose either a zero bezel five-wire resistive touch screen (TFR), or the multi-touch projected capacitive touch screen (PCT). All the features of the J2 480 with the added flexibility of an inbuilt CD/DVD drive. When you need a high quality, reliable POS PC you choose the J2 480. When you need to have a CD/DVD drive in your POS PC you choose the J2 485.

Cost effective retail specific POS PC up to the task of day to day operation. The J2 480L shares many of the features of the J2 480 but is designed to be a more cost effective solution through the elimination of some functionality found to be not required for many POS applications. A range of processor options are available up to quad core specifications. SATA 2.0 hard drives are included providing a cost saving yet high performance for POS applications. RAID functionality is excluded but all other features found in the J2 480 are included.

10.1 and 14 inch Stylish Bezel-less Design Make the most of your customer interactions at POS with a J2 customer display. Coming in either 10.1 and 14 inch sizes, these monitors offer crisp, clear displays with stylish bezel-less designs. The 14 inch display is available as not only a monitor, but also a touch enabled screen. The 10.1 inch display can be mounted on the NINO, 625, 680 and 680L terminals whilst the 14 inch display will mount on the J2 625, 680 and 680L. Both displays can also be used as standalone monitors. Whether you need a customer display for last minute customer promotions, to keep customers informed of their spend or simply as advertising space, these displays are up to the task.

Furthermore, with excellent versatility supporting a wide range of interfaces, the J2 Cash Drawer range is truly difficult to go past.

Small - efficient - long run times Retailers using POS systems from J2 can now enjoy a breakthrough in UPS support that offers power protection never seen before in POS solutions. Whilst an external AC UPS can provide run times of 5-30 minutes, the J2 Universal UPS can support run time from 1.5-5 hours depending on the J2 systems used and configuration. One big advantage of using the J2 UPS is that all peripheral powered by the J2 POS will still be powered when running on the UPS including printers when using the J2 680/680L terminals. This long run time enables retailers to continue trading as normal, including doing cash transactions and printing, with no corruption or loss of data. Before it runs out of power, the system will trigger a safe and timely shut-down. The UPS unit is competitively priced, making it an affordable and wise investment. The J2 universal UPS will work with all J2 POS computer products. This includes the NINO/480/615/625/630/680 and 680L. For the J2 6xx series, the UPS mounts in the base of the unit where the power supply is normally mounted. When using the UPS option the power supply will be mounted externally to the unit. For the NINO and the J2 480 the UPS will be mounted externally. THE J2 UPS is available in both 2,600mAh and 5,200mAh versions depending on run time requirements.
