Research and Finding Information: the books Non‐fiction books are available to help you with your research and extended learning. There are also books that will reflect your interests outside of school. Non‐fiction books are arranged using the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) System which arranges books together by their subject. Each book has a number on the spine, which represents the topic of the book. The system was invented so that books were easier to find, with those about similar things closer together.
