VERVE appoints Andrew Reid and Steevan Glover as team ramps up for rapid growth London, 10th March 2011.

Verve, the specialist in customer advisory panels and

online brand communities, has appointed Andrew Reid as Managing Director, and Steevan Glover as Director of Commercial Development – both previously senior managers at Vision Critical in Vancouver and London respectively. Verve, recently named “Best New Agency” by the MRS, has kicked off a major programme of recruitment and expansion following success with large blue chip clients such as Lloyds TSB, Orange, Halifax, and Bank of Scotland investing in Verve’s customer advisory panel and community offering. Reid joins from Vision Critical in Vancouver where he was the board director responsible for Group Corporate Development. Previously, he spent six years at GFK Custom Research where he was executive board director for innovation and global key accounts. His earlier experience was as in brand and marketing services including Saatchi & Saatchi Communications and Imagination. Glover’s background covers both business development and marketing. He recently worked at Vision Critical as Senior Vice President for European Sales and Marketing. Previously, he has held roles as Head of Creative and then Group Account Director for Archer Young Marketing. Jeannie Arthur, as a founding partner and Managing Director of Verve, has helped take the business through the entrepreneurial stage of growth, and has decided to repeat the process again with a new business venture. Jeannie remains at Verve until May as she hands over the reins to Andrew. Jeannie will remain an active shareholder in Verve.
