DAY 2: DELHI – UDAIPUR (By Train) After breakfast proceed for half day guided sightseeing tour of old and New Delhi. Covering the Raj Ghat passed through Red Fort, India Gate, the President House, Humayun’s Tomb. Later transfer to Delhi railway station to board on train for Udaipur. DAY 3: UDAIPUR Arrive Udaipur. Ranthambore National Park is a prime example of the Project Tiger conservation project’s success, as it is renowned for its tiger population.

WHATS INCLUDED DAY 6: RANTHAMBORE NATIONAL PARK Explore Ranthambore National Park on a canter safari. Ranthambore is located in what was originally the private hunting ground of the maharajas of Jaipur. The park features a varied geography of forested hills, sweeping grasslands and lakes, all under the shadow of the ruins of the hilltop Ranthambore Fort, more than 200 metres above the surrounding plain. Break for lunch and return to the park in the afternoon for yet more animal sightings. DAY 7: SAWAI MADHOPUR – JAIPUR Depart for Jaipur after breakfast at the hotel, arriving in the ‘Pink City’, as it is popularly known, at about lunchtime. ITINERARY DAY 1: DEPART FROM UK Board on an overnight flight to Colombo. DAY 2: AIRPORT - NEGOMBO Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to Negombo. DAY 3: NEGOMBO - HABARANA Proceed to Habarana, stop at Kurunagala. Then continue to Habarana. You will enjoy the country side of Sri Lanka. Booking Conditions Payments For the services contracted, some advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The customer will make necessary payments to Love India Travel through their booking agent.

Our Liabilities & Limitations Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Mode of Payment In case of payment through credit card, the bank charges-as applicable-would be levied over and above the total amount indicated as package cost. All payments are to be made thru your Hays booking agent / nominated agents.

Booking performance and compensation.

Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure In case of cancellation of tour/ travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. The following cancellation terms will apply in case of modification or cancellation of booking for: A. For Non Air Holidays - 61 days or more - Loss of deposit. - 60- 42 days - 50% of total holiday cost. - 1 - 33 days - 60% of total holiday cost. - 2 - 15 days - 90% of total holiday cost. - 14 days or less - 100% of total holiday cost. Love India Travel hopes and expect to be able to provide with all the services that they have confirmed at the time of booking. All arrangements are made a long time in advance using independent suppliers, such as airlines , hotels and transport, over whom Love India Travel have no direct control. On occasions , changes do have to be made, and Love India Travel reserves the right to change or cancel the holiday at any time before departure. If Love India Travel has to make a significant change or cancel, they will inform the customer as soon as possible. 1) A significant change includes a change of accommodation to that of a lower category or price for the whole or a major part of your time away, a change of flight time of more than 12 hours, a change of UK departure airport (except between London airports), or a significant change of accommodation area. 2)Love India Travel will only cancel the confirmed booking after receipt of full payment where they are forced to do so by a Force Majeure Event or if the minimum number of clients required for a particular travel arrangement is not reached.

3)Where there has been a significant change to the holiday, if there is time to do so before departure, Love India Travel will offer the choice of the following options: 3.1 accepting the changed arrangements; or. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary. 3.2 accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from Love India Travel, if available (Love India Travel will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value); or. 3.3 cancelling, in which case the customer will receive a full refund. 4 If Love India Travel have to make a significant change or cancel it will pay the compensation payments set out below, unless: 4.1 Love India Travel is forced to make a change or cancel by a Force Majeure Event ; 4.2 Love India Travel has to cancel because the minimum number of bookings necessary for the Love India Travel to operate the holiday has not been reached;

4.3 Love India Travel cancel as a result of agent’s failure to comply with any significant requirement of these booking conditions (such as making payment on time). All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail.
