BACKED BY THE BURBANK GROUP A family company from the very beginning, Burbank Homes was the joint dream of stepbrothers Eddie Sanfilippo and Eddie Puhar. Beginning with a self storage company over 30 years ago, Eddie Sanfilippo soon branched out into home building. Eddie Puhar joined his brother and what began as a couple of investment properties soon grew into display home after display home.

In 1983, Eddie Sanfilippo recognised a need for a self-storage facility in Melbourne’s west and created Storage Box.
