If you are reading this post, the chances are that you have been feeling a little burnt out lately. You may be wondering why the tasks of running your business seem to take so much energy and cause more stress rather than less. Burnout is a real problem for entrepreneurs, but many things can be done about it! This article will discuss tips that will help get your mojo back and keep on trucking through entrepreneurship. 1) Schedule a Cleaning Day Entrepreneurs often tend to neglect tasks that they deem as “not important” or ones that can be done later. This is particularly true for things like cleaning and organizing your workspace (or even your home). When you feel burnt out, it may seem more appealing to hang with friends or lounge on the couch than clean. However, taking time to do these things will help you clear your mind and restore a sense of balance in your life. https://jackmondel.net/how-entrepreneurs-can-recover-from-burnout/

2) Don’t go gung-ho with your passion Your passion for your business is a huge part of why you got started. However, it’s also the driving force that can lead to burnout if not handled well. When starting up a new venture, many people go 100% with their passion and think only about how they are going to make this thing work without any breaks or downtime in between. This is a huge mistake. If you don’t take time away from your passion, then it’s not fulfilling, to begin with (unless, of course, you are one of these people that can work 24/seven). When burnt out, the last thing on your mind should be more work! You need to schedule fun and relaxation every week to maintain balance. 3) Stay hydrated Staying hydrated is one of the easiest things to forget when you are stressed out. Many entrepreneurs tend to neglect their own needs while focusing on ensuring that everything else gets done around them, but your health and productivity levels need to make time for self-care. A good idea would be to add a water bottle to your desk to have something visual that reminds you of what needs to be done! 4) Develop tiny sustainable habits instead of to-do lists To-do lists are great because they keep you on track with all of your projects. However, when burnout sets in, the last thing that will motivate you to work is another mindnumbing list of things that need to be done! To combat this, focus instead on developing tiny sustainable habits to avoid procrastination or burnout.
