WILLIAM K. GRIFFIN III, JOHN ANDREW GRIFFIN, AND THE LATE ANNA GRIFFIN CALLENDER

The Patriot Award is given to an alum who demonstrates a sustained interest in and involvement with Prep after graduation and has earned notable distinction in and made significant contributions to the Prep community. This year marked the first time the Jackson Prep Alumni Council presented the award to individuals who are not alumni of Jackson Prep. The 2020-2021 Patriot Award was presented on the newly renovated and turfed Jackson Prep baseball field just prior to the opening game of Prep’s baseball season. The recipients of the award were William K. Griffin III, John Andrew Griffin, and the late Anna Griffin Callender. Each contributed countless hours of extraordinary service to the school and exhibited all that the Patriot Award represents. Pictured are scenes from the presentation just prior to the opening game of Prep’s baseball season.
