The Belly bulge beater After lying on your back, place your arms by your sides and gently lift your legs near your chest. With your feet pointing forward, bring your feet near your chest. Then release your legs in a straight position, keeping your body firm while you breathe in. Repeat 30 times to really feel the burn!
The Inner Strengthener Using a large swiss ball, place your forearms in the centre and keep the rest of your body straight. Keep your toes pointing towards the ground, then breathe in and roll the ball outwards, keeping your stomach in. The key to this exercise, is to balance. It takes a while to practise but it does wonders for your bum and legs!
The muffin top buster Using your arm to help you balance, lie on your side whilst keeping your body straight.
Gently lift your hip off the floor, while keeping balanced and breathing in. Breathe out when you bring your leg down. Repeat 30 times on each side.
