Description
The Icosun T-Fix system consists in integrating composite fastening profiles as support of photovoltaic rigid panels with a bituminous w aterpro of ing granule-sur faced capsheet. These fastening profiles are composed of two parts: 1 - Icosun MT Profile: male profile mechanically fixed on the bearing e l em ent o n w hi ch t h e t w o - lay er waterproofing system is torched. 2 - Icosun FT Profile: female profile which is fixed on the male profile to sustain the rails supporting the rigid photovoltaic panels. This profile enables the system to be adjusted up to 15 mm of heigth.
Waterproofing system The waterproofing system consists of two types of membranes: 1 - Parafor Solar 100: single-layer SBS bitumen membrane with granules on top face of 4 mm thickness without selvedge band. 2 - Parafor Solar 92: single-layer SBS bitumen membrane with granules on top face of 4 mm thickness with overlapping selvedge of 8 cm.
Conditions of use
Lowland climate Suitable roofing supports: concrete and masonry slabs, wooden boarding, steel decks Slope between 0 and 100 % Suitable substrates: bearing elements with rigid thermal insulation board (C class minimum), old waterproofing membranes on bearing support or above insulation board (C class minimum)

System adaptation for roof cladding The system can be adapted for roof cladding in case of: steel decks snow guards wood panels fibre cement panels Note : for these applications, the FT-S profiles act as a continuous support on which it is possible to screw directly the underoof components.
