This project was designed by industry leading teams such as, Conrad Architects, SJB interiors, and Jack Merlo. Situated in Nunawading, this development comprises a total of 173 townhouses spread across three stages, along with a future high density residential/commercial development. For Stage 1, there are 63 townhouses featuring six different unit types. The creative agency appointed to produce the renders of this project was Qualia Creative.

My roles within this project were:

• Developing Construction, marketing, and planning drawings.

• Developing 3D models, renders, and visualizations.

• Visiting sites and participating in client meetings.

• Updating clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

• Coordinating with various stakeholders.

With waterfront views and 180-degree view of the stunning Lake Nagambie, this development sits on a 2,200m² plot in Nagambie. Additonaly, this development features two large existing river gums on the river edge of the property, offering shade and a relaxed country atmosphere.

My involvement in this project was to assisted Architect Simon Linardi from Atelier Cartel Architecture with visualisation for design development presentations.

VisualARQ Grasshopper Lumion 12 Photoshop Illustrator

I participated in the Emerging Designers Festival competition hosted by Gray Puksand, in collaboration with Open House Melbourne, where the theme of “Collective City” was explored.

Driven by biophilic design and circular economy principles, my proposal envisioned an elevated pedestrian pathway deeply connected to nature. With this proposal, sustainable materials like CLT and GLT are to be utilized throughout the Melbourne Hoddle grid.

This proposal provides inclusive access through stairs and lifts, opening up new opportunities for retail and business within existing buildings while connecting them to the proposed path. Additionally, it aims to tackle the CBD’s green space deficiency by introducing green spaces and public workstations to support businesses and hybrid employees. The concept aims to establish a safe, pleasant pedestrian experience, potentially encouraging further residential and hybrid developments in the CBD.

Location: Elliott Heads QLD

The main goal of the design was to create a sustainable residence that blends well with the surrounding environment. The design integrates South American and Asian-inspired bamboo structures with the ancient ‘Wattle & Daub’ building technique.

Elevated above the adjacent creek at the back of the site, the home generates a micro-climate while integrating the local ‘Queenslander’ construction method. Thoughtfully designed void spaces guarantee year round cooling through natural ventilation from the creek. The curved roof provides protection for both the earthen materials and the occupants from coastal weather.

The home’s orientation and layout capture beautiful views of the coast while maintaining comfortable shading. The design seamlessly integrates with the naturally formed creek, avoiding disruption and enhancing its flow.

This project involved a collaborative effort, and our objective was to prepare a complete set of construction drawings for a proposed three story mixed-use development within an assigned site.

As a team of four, we worked together to plan and organise, our efforts to produce a high quality, professional set of documentation drawings. The proposed design included two apartment levels, a rooftop, a retail floor and basement parking facilities.

I was responsible for producing:
