ANATATA Hospital

6th Semester Academic Work LOCATION- NEW CHANDIGARH, INDIA

ANATATA Anatatā- means Infinity in Punjabi. Infinity is a symbol of everlasting hope. It's a symbol of continuity through time and a symbol of limitless possibilities and potential. Thus taking inspiration from this eternal symbol we chose to reflect it in our site & form to Reflect and Reinforce the message of this hospital being a place of Hope , with all the limitless possibilities of healing.

SOUTH ELEVATION 10M 5M OM

In terms of planning of the site, we chose to provide green spaces in close vicinity to the built form to allow for the patients to be able to heal in nature. We oriented the built form so as to maximize the airflow . And to achieve optimum thermal comfort we oriented the forms in a way that would minize the exposure of walls facing south. 6 5

HIRAVA Dining Facility

2nd Prize IPSA DESIGN TROPHY 2021 LOCATION- INDORE INDIA

HIRAVA Hirava- means Green in Marathi. The aim was to create a space that would be an amalgamation of a self-sustaining kitchen garden and a dining space. The structure is conceived as a series of sloped walkways that integrate into the surrounding contours of the natural landscape on site. The sloping walkway and the circular steps aim to imitate the contours on-site to create visual harmony.

The fabric consists of materials and elements that grant a natural and organic aesthetic to the space while being efficient and sustainable. With Red Eco Bricks giving shape and sturdiness to the form, serving as load bearing walls. The rest of the fabric incorporates natural stones with wood and bamboo elements in the interiors

HABIBGANJ REIMAGINED 9th Semester Academic Work LOCATION- BHOPAL, INDIA

HABIBGANJ REIMAGINED In reimagining the Habibganj railway station, our architectural vision blends the preservation of its historical elements with a dynamic redesign. Emphasizing transit-oriented development, our proposal introduces a new facade and more efficient planning to transform this station into a vibrant, forward-looking transportation hub, seamlessly integrating modern functionality with the rich heritage of the past. "Preserving History, Forging Modernity: Our concept embraces the past by retaining pseudo arches through a transformative facade. Enriched with Madhya Pradesh's engravings, this living canvas unfolds heritage. This dualfunction facade transcends time, becoming a shaded corridor—a bridge between eras and a nod to the future." We have preserved the original arches while adapting the facade to meet the increased spatial requirements in the entrance area, all while imbuing it with a fresh aesthetic in alignment with our conceptual perspective.

we have redesigned the plan to create a more open environment. This includes providing ample space for commercial establishments and ensuring the availability of essential amenities such as lounges, restrooms, and waiting areas to accommodate all passengers. To align with our vision of transit-oriented development, we have put forth plans for the future expansion of this site, encompassing commercial, hospitality, and office buildings. In summary, our vision revolves around celebrating the rich heritage of Madhya Pradesh through our design, achieved by incorporating recurring design motifs to create a cohesive and harmonious essence. Simultaneously, we aim to enhance spatial efficiency by integrating smart technology

and incorporating eco-friendly increasing the overall efficiency of the design. MADHYA BAGH CANOPY': SHOWCASING A FABRICINSPIRED CANOPY DRAPING OVER PLATFORMS.

A SURREALIST DREAMSCAPE INTO THE RABBIT HOLE COMPETITION 2022 ONCEPTUAL SPACE

A SURREALIST DREAMSCAPE Surrealism is the psychic automation of the mind, in its purest form allowing expression to be exercised without the control of reason. With childlike curiosity, the intent was to create a dreamscape that allows joy & healing to take place in a space unbound by the rigidity, rules & norms of what is expected & allowed to be considered "Normal" in society. Free of monotony, the building is conceptualized as a floating form nestled between the luscious, tall hills full of foliage & the vast waves of the ocean. Creating a connection with elements of water, greenery, the wind, and the clouds.

On the east, a chamber is designed floating with the clouds offering sunrise & the morning mist to heal, with floating rocks serving as a walkway and allowing access. Towards the south, a completely open green lounge is designed to serve as a place to pause sit & reflect in the greenery of nature with fresh breeze & views of the waters. The form was planned to incorporate elements that contribute to improving mental health, relaxation, and healing, such as the use of soothing colors such as blue & green, access to green landscape and seascape, use of soft, curved lines in the design while creating patterns through architecture.

The structure is conceived along a linear plan. Starting at an arched portico the form transitions into the Blue lobby consisting of curved canopied arches. From the south of the structure, waters are channeled from a natural water stream present via the water stride, allowing water to pass through the steps into two water chambers and then exit from underneath the form falling into the ocean waters. An infinity edge pool is designed to the west to offer views of the setting sun behind the lush hills.
