In general All prices are ex works. Complaints concerning wrong delivery must be made no later than 8 days after receipt. The purchaser has the sole responsibility for checking received goods before further processing. Subject to misprints, changes in VAT/fees, changes in design, etc. Delivery All goods are delivered from stock in Esbjerg. J.A.K. Workwear is not liable for delays caused by the freight company or force majeure. For shipments to foreign countries the delivery charge will be settled according to current freight price list no matter the amount of the order. Terms of payment All customers are assessed. Payment are 14 days net. In case of failure to settle due debts, the terms of payment are changed to carriage forward/cash without further notice. Prices All prices are excl. VAT and in DKK or Euros where stated. The prices apply until a new price list is sent out. Returned goods Returned goods will only be accepted upon agreement, and unused and in the original packaging. Returned goods are credited -20%. Costs for freight are not credited. Likeness of Colour Certain shades can be difficult to replicate exactly in the catalogue due to print technical causes. We are not responsible for differences of nuance on dyed clothes due to different Colouring methods in different production methods.
