About Jamaica Jazz and Blues
Background
• Jamaica Jazz and Blues has been staged live 19 times in the past, attracting significant talent and crowds�
• The 20th staging that took place in March 4 - 6, 2021 introduced the virtual edition of the festival� The live stream and subsequent views of this virtual show accounted for over 1�5 million impressions and more than 167 thousand views� Aptly named “Bring back the Magic”, the 2021 edition proved there is signifi cant demand for the festival, and will help to secure sponsorship for the staging of the 2023 event�
• Jazz and Blues attracts live audiences of 40,000+ music fans, including 6000+ visitors to Jamaica for the 3 day event�
• In the past HBO documentaries were broadcast to over 300 million homes�
• 20% of the patrons of Jazz and Blues are from over seas with up to 80% being repeat visitors�
• Jazz & blues has featured hundred’s of past acts including: Celine Dion, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Maroon 5, Diana Ross, John Legend, Joss Stone, Billy Ocean, Lionel Richie, Anita Baker, Estelle, Hall & Oates, Kenny Rogers, Michael Bolton & Air Supply�
• The festival has attracted major sponsors such as The Jamaica Tourist Board, Flow, Pepsi, Heineken, Scotiabank, Mastercard, Appleton Estate, Sagicor and more�
2023 Plans
There have been many requests for the return of this iconic festival and in order to make this possible, the organisers plan to host a small intimate two day event at the most loved of the past festival venues, Cinnamon Hill, Montego Bay�
This 2023 staging will be used to re-introduce the festival, full of nostalgia and wonderful memories that this event has always evoked, while still introducing some of the best new talent as it always has
�
The plan is for a two day event April 28 and 29 2023, targeting 3,000 to 5,000 persons
�
Looking Back Nostalgia
• We will be presenting a walk down memory lane with some of the favourites � We are cur rently considering the following acts: Billy Ocean, Lionel Richie, Anita Baker, Glenis Grace (Whitney Tribute), Plus, our Jamaican Legends
• We will also pay tribute to some of the legends who performed at Jazz but are no longer with us such as Kenny Rogers, Natalie Cole� Toots Hibbert, Byron Lee, Denroy Morgan
• The Stars of the 2000s to 2020s will also play a part, and possible acts on our short list are Maxwell, Chris Brown, Usher, Jason Derulo, Doja Cat, Khalid, Gramps Morgan and more�
Looking Forward New Talent
We will still introduce new talent through our popular talent search as well as include some of the excellent talent we have unearthed in the past
�
Some of the well known names that have emerged from the talent stage include, Tessanne Chin, Tarrus Riley, Raging Fyah to name a few�
In addition we will include other popular performers who have also have many fans within our loyal Jazz audience

Jamaica Jazz and Blues will host two days of magical performances
� Each day will feature stars on the rise as well as beloved superstars on the main stage as well as young talent on our IGNITE talent stage
DAY 1: April 28, 2023
THE MAGIC RETURNS
International superstars intermingled with Jamai can legends will provide a magical five (5) hour musical experience � In addition, we will add the top young performers from Jamaica Jazz 2021 who will make their debut on the Jamaica Jazz stage �
DAY 2: April 29, 2023
MAGICAL MEMORIES
Our second night will again present a mix of inter national stars mixed with Jamaican favourites and rising stars, and in addition the night will show case a special segment that will pay tribute to several of our beloved Jamaica Jazz & Blues per formers who have since passed away�

IGNITE NEW TALENT
The Ignite talent stage will be a main attrac tion providing our patrons with a second stage for the festival � Here we will present up to 10 ‘bands on the rise’ that we will unearth and select during our Ignite talent hunt � The hunt will take place over six weeks starting with an online audition for amateur and upcoming musicians and bands � These finalists from the online audition will compete at two live audi tions where the final 10 bands will be selected to perform at the festival

THE FOOD EXPERIENCE
Great music and great company will be accom panied by a great food experience � The JAMJAZZ Food Village will feature a specially curated selec tion of food providers to offer Jamaican, fusion and international dishes � We expect to have between 12 – 16 restaurants � To create an even more memorable and interactive experience, top chefs will be invited to present food demonstra tions and tastings during band changes to titillate the tastebuds of our patrons

THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
The Jamaica Jazz and Blues would not be complete without a truly special shopping experience � The JAMJAZZ Shopping Village will offer a delightful array of fascinating objects of art, craft, jewelry, clothing and souvenirs that are original works of Jamaican artisans � Some pieces may even be one-of-a-kind � These offer ings will give our visitors that unique little piece of Jamaica � Additionally, there will be specially designed Jazz branded merchandise on sale � We expect to have between 10 – 15 shops on show� Patrons will be invited to explore the shops and make sure to take back something special for their loved ones

The Jamaica jazz and Blues Festival offers organiza tions the opportunity, through sponsorship to have one-on-one interaction with both local and visiting fans of the festival

Sponsors have the opportunity to customize their relationships and exposure dependent on their spe cific objectives, needs and budgets

Naming Rights sponsorship packages are offered to cash sponsors only, or to those companies who offer in-kind values that can be used in executions that directly reduce specific budget line items

They range from US$15,000 to US$50,000 depend ing on the specific activity or area that is being sponsored � The Naming Rights sponsors name/ brand and logo will be associated with everything involving the area/activity sponsored � This includes incorporating the branding/ logo in the décor, doc umentation, name, signage, promotion etc

Corporate sponsors fall into one of the following categories: Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Sponsorship investments range from US$50,000, to US$200,000 in either cash, kind or a combination of both� The benefits packages are outlined later and may be customized based on the companyobjectives and available budgets�
Hotel sponsorship are available to hotels that offer rooms for the Festival’s performing artists, special guests, VIPs, media and staff� These benefits packages will be determined based on the level of investments and can be customized according tothe company’s objectives�
Companies may elect to utilize the Festival to entertain special clients, offer incentive rewards to employees or to host members of the executive� The Festival offers Corporate Suites which can be purchased for the period where their guests can be hosted in comfort� Benefits for this level of investment comes in the form of booth structures and tickets into the event�
DIAMOND SPONSOR

As the Jamaica Jazz and Blues Diamond spon sor, this company will receive the highest level of benefits from the event, enjoying a full associa tion with all aspects of the Festival � The Diamond Sponsor will have its name and logo featured in top billing on all promotional material along with the Festival Logo, creating a premier identity with the event � In addition to the general benefits offered to all corporate sponsors this sponsor will receive the following additional benefits:
• Exclusive press release with the announcement of partnership with the Festival
• Full page ad in Festival Magazine (if applicable)
• 900 square foot booth space
• Right to use the event logo in sponsor promotions

This is the second highest level of sponsorship which offers benefits that are linked to the entire festival� This investment will assist in the operational costs of the event and in addition to the general benefits offered to all corporate sponsors, come with the fol lowing additional entitlements
• Half page ad in Festival Magazine (if applicable)
• 600 square foot booth space
• Right to use the event logo in sponsor promotions
• Banner rotation in Live Stream of event
• Sponsor allowed to retail products at event

This is the third highest level of sponsorship which offers benefits that are linked to the entire festival� In addition to the general benefits offered to all cor porate sponsors, come with thefollowing additional entitlements
• 400 square foot booth space
• 2 x 30 sec commercial in the Live stream of the event
• Banner rotation in Live Stream of event
• Opportunity to retail products at event
In 2009, the Jamaica Jazz and Blues introduced the concept of becoming a “Green” event and in keeping with the new thrust to make Jamaica a more eco-friendly space we will continue this process
� We invite a forward-thinking company to join this effort by sponsoring the Eco Experi ence @ Jazz � In addition to the general benefits this partner will enjoy several benefits such as:
• Branding in the venue
• Brand on all the recycling bins and receptacles on the grounds

The Village will feature a variety of food stations offer ing Jamaican, fusion and international dishes� We expect to have between 12 – 16 restaurants and at least one bar� The food court will also house our tal ent stage featuring upcoming performers unearthed through our talent hunt� In addition there may be special features such as cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs who might be participating in the food court�
The sponsor for this area will have :
• Opportunity to participate in the overall design of the space (approval by Jamaica Jazz)
• Opportunity to present a celebrity chef demo
• Rights to name the food village
• Opportunity to give away branded items to each attendee visiting the area

The media and livestream lounge will be the hub of all media activities and interaction with offsite audience � This area will house our media interviews with entertainers, sponsors and other persons of interest � In addition, it will be the centre for our live stream to the off-site audi ence with interactive metaverse experiences � The company who sponsors this area will have high media visibility at all times during and after the event � Specific benefits will include the exclusive rights to:
• Brand inclusion in the name of the Media Centre and Lounge
• Branding in the lounge
• Be involved in the décor and design of the area
• 30 - 60 sec spots during the live stream or a 3 min ute company feature
THE “IGNITE” talent stage will be a main attraction in our food court and a provide patrons with a second stage for the festival� Here we will present up to 10 ‘bands on the rise’ that we will unearth during our Ignite talent hunt� The hunt will take place over six weeks starting with an online audition for amateur and upcoming musicians and bands� This will end with two live auditions that will select the final 10 bands to perform at the festival� Companies who wish to align themselves with this activity will not only reap benefits on the nights of the festival, but also during the pre-festival promotion� Benefits will include

Advertising in the Jazz & Blues Riddims, the Festival’s digital magazine which will be published three weeks before the event and promoted through various avenues including social media, the official website and also sent in advance to our online ticket purchasers� Advertising space will range from a one-third page to a two-page feature and the relevant costs will range from US$600 to US$3,000.
LUXURY SKYBOXES
US $15,000
A limited number of private luxury skyboxes will be offered for purchase that will offer their owners the ultimate luxury experience while attending the festival �
They will be raised above the crowd giving an unmatched view of the entire venue and the stage � It will be the perfect solution for enter taining friends, family or special guests that you
want to impress, creating a most memorable experience�
Unique to the skybox will be premium food service that will allow each skybox owner to choose from a selection of food and liquor menus ahead of the event� The Luxury Skybox package will cover the two nights of the festival and will offer:
• 20 x 20 ft� raised, covered booth in strategic location providing excellent view of the stage�
• Comfortable furnishing for 16 persons
• 16 wristbands for you and your guests to access to the event�
• Additional wristbands (limited to four (4) because of space and weight restrictions,) are available upon request at a cost of US$1,000 per person�
• Skybox parking – 8 parking passes

ART OF MUSIC XR (Extended Reality) EXPERIENCE

The Art of Music XR Experience will take the Jazz patron to the next level with a 3D experience like no other�
As fans enter the venue, they will walk through an interactive and immersive tunnel that will visually display the history of the Jamaica Jazz and Blues
� Traversing this tunnel will literally embed the vis itor in the Jamaica Jazz and Blues story, making them a unique part of this nostalgic event
�
This Extended Reality (XR) experience will use photorealistic visuals to give the fan an immersive nostalgic journey, synonymous with the Festivals’ years at the historic Cinnamon Hill and also former venues
�
BENEFITS:
Partners participating in this opportunity will be enabling the viewing of a unique, hi-tech display for the first time in Jamaica, and will therefore have the advantege of branding the experience� The gen eral benefits offered to all cash sponsors will apply� In addition, the following exclusive benefits will be added to create the complete brand offering�
