Exclusive Interview With Model LeeAnne Dussault! Meet model LeeAnne Dussault! LeeAnne Dussault. I’m just a regular ‘girl next door’ model who loves life, to laugh, and to play. My personality is very much outgoing. I am not afraid of trying new things, traveling to new places, and new experiences. I have been modelling since 2009 and love every minute of it. I take every photo session as a great learning experience. I have been lucky enough to travel from Toronto, Montreal, New Jersey/New York to meet/work with amazing photographers and make-up artists. I am also mommy to 2 very needy cats. What kind of art or performing do you do? The type of modelling I’ve done in the past, and hope to continue: How long have you been doing this? - Night life Fashions - Urban City Life - Formal/Elegant - Movie Themes - Nature - Glamor - Coplay/Costumes - Casual - Pinup/Military - Wedding/Prom Themed For about 4 years now. Where did your inspiration come from? I’ve always had an interest in photography since I was little, but was never confident enough to try it. We only live once, and if I never gave it a shot, I would have never have met so many wonderful contacts.
What drew you to this particular field/talent? The opportunity of collaborating with artists. To be able to pick their brains, discuss ideas, and produce amazing photos. Tell us about your current projects or activities as a model. At the moment, I don’t have any major projects on the go. But, that could change at any time. ;P Which of your projects are you most proud of and why? Last year I had my first publication. I was the model chosen to be on a cover to a novel. http://www.lulu.com/shop/nancy-veneau/nuclear-wasteland/paperback/product18713730.html;jsessionid=66E20BA59C01C5DD8C1483785A8CD24F#detailsSection What sets you apart from other artists in your field as a model? That not all models need to be a perfect size 0, that a girl with curves can model too. What is one of your most memorable moments/experiences in your field? Spending a weekend in Manhattan. I got to play the tourist and visit the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Carlos’ Bakery in Hoboken, etc. What advice would you give yourself if you could go back in time to when you first started? That I should have started 10 years ago. If you could be doing anything in your artistic/performing career right now, what would you be doing? To travel abroad. To be able to travel hotographers/designers/MUA’s along the way.
