Exclusive Interview with Rap Artist AMess! What kind of art or performing do you do? I’m an recording rap artist. How long have you been doing this? I have been doing this for 10 years since the age of 12 , Im turning 22. Where did your inspiration come from? Well at 12 years of age i got inspired so much by 50 cent’s success and his story on how he made it so i started to write music. Do you remember the moment you fell in love with it? If so can you describe it? Honestly music has always been a part of my life, ever since a lil kid i been in love with the art of creating music and especially when the songs have a true story behind it. What drew you to this particular field/talent ? Well its something thats always been ME and apart of me, all i really needed to do is speak the truth. Tell us about your current projects or activities. Well i have been a solo artist for a few years now so this year 2012 i decided to branch myself as a brand and launch my own team/Label Called LD “Lamborghini Dreamz” It currently consists of myself and my First artist rapper Y.S and look for many more artist from every genre. So as of now my focus is on LD and getting my solo Mixtape out and Y.S. Which of your projects are you most proud of and why? I’m proud of every song i have done because every song reminds me of a certain part of my life and all those parts equal me today. So im proud of every project. Which of your projects do believe defines you as an artist the most? Theres this song i have called “Champion” based on the struggle of not having money and wanting to make it as a champion. I believe that song gives people an overall on me and defines me as a real artist who paints his /feelings into music. What sets you apart from other artists in your field?
Well my way of not holding back in my music, I speak on real life situation like broken relationships, losing friends, not having money, Struggles and the headaches of trying to make it. So i believe it brings people to my music because of the simple fact its real and many of people can relate. What is one of your most memorable moments/experiences in your field? I still remember this day, walking down the main street in my town and a female saw me and started to scream and froze. That brought me to reality and let me know i was doing well. What advice would you give yourself if you could go back in time to when you first started? To never let anything or anyone get in between you and your dream. Because along the way people come and go.
