After identifying the customers needs, I then advise them on the most appropriate product. Other duties include stock control and the building/ repairing/servicing of bikes. Throughout my time at Halfords, I have visited schools to teach them the basics of cycle repair and maintenance. Finally, I am a trained vehicle fitter and have also taken part in professional development training.

Disaster Toys To create an educational product which provides an engaging playful experience, which stimulates thinking and creativity.
Created to be sent out to areas following natural disasters, the box contains injection moulded ABS sheets. By pressing out the components and putting together, toys are created which allow children to create friendship and sollidarity.
Northumbrian Water To create a solution to reduce the amount of fat and grease being poured into the sewers.
75% all blockages caused by fat & grease
3000 homes annually flood because of these blockages
ÂŁ15 million spent on repairs
Created as a promotional item, the Fat 2 Feed bird feeding kit would satisfy the critera of reducing the amount of fat and grease going down the drain, whilst also feeding local birdlife.
Clockwork Inspired by World War 2 Aircraft gauges, the clocks time is split into Hours and Minutes. The clock is manufactured from Solid Oak and Acrylic.

CAD To create a Solidworks model and rendering of an existing product. The product I chose was the Maglite torch.
Bench To create a handmade contemporary bench. I chose to use the 2 contrasting woods of Ash and Wenge, with Zebrano embelishments to create a striking piece.
