ABOUT OUR HISTORY Founders, Charley and Harry Huzenis have been active in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Shortly after acquiring their real estate licenses, the Huzenis brothers started Jameson Realty Group in 1982. They grew the company from a traditional storefront brokerage into one of the city’s foremost representatives of developers of both new construction and renovation projects. The company has been responsible for successfully marketing over 300 residential development projects. In 2008, Charley and Harry executed a strategic plan for the future growth of Jameson Realty Group by merging with a preeminent real estate group, led by Chris Feurer and Mike Sato. Jameson Real Estate, LLC was the result of the merger. The Huzenis brothers became minority owners, while Chris Feurer was named CEO and Mike Sato was named President. Both Chris and Mike brought years of successful experience in almost every facet of real estate: sales, leasing, management, training, commercial, and development. Jameson Real Estate, LLC quickly grew to a $1.5 billion company to become one of Chicago’s leading realty firms, historically averaging over $500 million in annual sales. Since 2008, the company has grown over 40%, including $16 billion in sales and $1 billion in business development.

LAND 347 W Chestnut | Chicago $7,250,000 Approximately 25,000 SF of land plus borrowed FAR from adjacent building sufficient to build 333 units. Jameson Commercial brokered the sale on behalf of seller, Marc Realty. Developer Steve Fifield plans to build a 31-story, 333-unit apartment building.

LAND 1237 N Milwaukee | Chicago $3,350,000 This 16,300 SF land site is at the corner of Milwaukee, Ashland and Division. This off-market transaction closed in December 2013. Jameson brokered the sale on behalf of seller, Centrum Properties. LG Development plans to build a transit-oriented mid-rise apartment building.

LAND 625 W Division | Chicago $5,000,000 37,400 SF land site zoned PD 1018. Jameson brokered the deal which closed for $2,800,000. Units are currently under construction. Oregon-based developer Gerding-Edlen is building a 200+ unit high rise rental apartment building.
