RACHEL KRUEGER R E A L T O R

Rachel Krueger Vice President, Sales 312.802.0082 rk@rachelkrueger.com jamesonsir.com With over 25 years of industry experience and over $400 million in sales, Rachel Krueger has become a household name among referring clients and brokers worldwide and leader in her trade. Prior to moving to Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Rachel was named the number one broker in the Coldwell Banker® Residential Brokerage Lincoln Park office. Her heartfelt care, tenacious negotiation and sincere enthusiasm are hallmarks that set her apart from other Real Estate Agents. She sells with heart and a personal hand in each and every detail. Every Krueger sale is as one of a kind as her clients’ needs and specialized attention. Rachel’s industry performance ranked amongst the best in her company and the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. In closed sales volume, Rachel is consistently in the elite 1% of brokers in the city of Chicago. Rachel was also awarded the prestigious designation of Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier. She has closed an impressive amount of real estate over the years and yet, she still answers her own phone, attends all meetings, inspections, showings and closings personally, treating clients as family. Krueger invests herself in each sale and prioritizes as though it were her own home and negotiation. What’s more, she believes that full-service real estate means serving as a resource long after the ink is dry on the closing papers. “Clients past and present call me to recommend a good painter or a great place to take the in-laws for sushi, and I’m delighted to share my suggestions!” she says with a laugh. Her beautifully restored Lincoln Park home and boundless enthusiasm for urban adventures speak to her appreciation of all Chicago offers. Mother to three girls, with a loving husband and tireless chocolate Labs, Rachel understands that “home is sanctuary… it’s the one place we can kick off our shoes and be ourselves. Aside from family and friends, nothing is more important. My joy in this work is when clients open the door to a property and their faces simply light up. It is an extraordinary moment, almost as sublime as knowing that I can make this a reality for them,” she adds. As a long-standing member of the Chicago community, and mother who chooses to raise her children in the city, she has a firsthand knowledge and specialty in understanding the needs of a downtown family. Rachel specializes in the following Chicago neighborhoods: Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Lakeview (Southport Corridor, Graceland West), Roscoe Village, Lincoln Square and the Near North Side. Her partnerships with suburban contacts are unparalleled and suit the desires of all buyers seeking her unique brand of service and thoughtful attention.

ICONIC BRAND

GLOBAL NETWORK

UNIQUE COLLABORATION

As real estate’s most trusted brand, our name alone opens the most prestigious of doors, creating opportunities and connecting affluent sellers and buyers worldwide. Building on the centuries-long reputation of the preeminent auction house, the Sotheby’s International Realty brand is recognized globally. Our legacy of quality service and expertise is unmatched.

When a home is represented by the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, it is presented to a highly–qualified global clientele through exclusive channels and relationships. Our proprietary network of residential brokerage companies is located in 71 countries and territories worldwide, making Sotheby’s International Realty a truly global real estate brand.

Our alliance with Sotheby’s is our unique difference. The properties represented by our network are exclusively featured in Sotheby’s Auction House marketing programs including high–profile client events, showcases in the signature publications, and in digital newsletters and on Sothebys.com.

6

7

PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION

WE “OWN” PRINT MARKETING

Other companies rely on the MLS for listing syndication, which limits the number of photos and their size. Our listing syndication is powered by a proprietary system, which allows up to 50 high-resolution photos and feeds to the top real estate websites in the world. We also provide reports that show how much exposure your property receives.

Print advertising has evolved and can be effective, when placed strategically and designed to make an impact. IMAGINE is that evolution: it wins listings, creates awareness, and drives leads. This is a significant piece of the puzzle to differentiate how our agents are best equipped to gain the necessary exposure to get homes sold.

Chicago Street numbers start at State and Madison downtown. State St. divides east and west addresses, and Madison St. divides north and south addresses. Suburban street numbers vary; not all use Chicago’s system. One mile is equal to 800 street numbers (except between Madison and 31st St. For example: Montrose (4400 N) is one mile north of Addison (3600 N).
