River Spirit Hotel and Casino RIVER SPIRIT HOTEL AND CASINO This is a very simple custom story. A design firm in Texas specified 364 sofas for each room in this new hotel. Jamie Stern furniture was asked to quote and produce a prototype. We knew that since we were working on a quantity this large, we would need to be really aggressive on price. We produced the prototype DOMESTICALLY in 4 weeks! Jamie has asked around the country how that price point compares, and has gotten universal feedback that we are right in the wheelhouse for quantity! Lead time is an important factor in terms of production, because for domestic production we are at 8-10 weeks, while overseas we are at about 14. These lead times are also dependent on quantity. So let’s use these two stories as examples of some of our larger scale projects!
