MDH co- created their now annual tour, “The Fox Valley Gallery of Homes”, showcasing their ever- changing custom home designs in new Midwest Design Homes, Inc., a custom home building neighborhoods and developments. Celebrating its’ 10th company in the Fox Valley and Brown County, started anniversary last April, The Gallery of Homes is easily one of the company’s proudest accomplishments. The over a decade ago with the vision of creating a new, tour usually features a dozen MDH homes and includes fun, and convenient experience for the build client. Owners, Jon and Jodi Huss began executing this vision a plan book and map for the attendees. MDH, as a by constructing a Design Center, located off Hwy 41 in member of the local, state and national home builders’ associations, continues to participate in local home Kaukauna. In 2006 they opened the doors with the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce assisting in show events, the Parade of Homes, and Showcase of Homes. a ribbon cutting ceremony. The vision for the Design Center was to provide a place where clients could see and choose finishes for their new home in one place; without having to make multiple stops at various vendor locations, complete with new home consultants to assist clients in everything from lot selection to plan design to choosing final colors. During one of the most challenging times for the housing market, MDH started to build a few move-in ready homes, both for the clients who need to make a quick purchase and allowing the custom home client a more concrete visualization for their new build. The homes helped fill new developments and drew clients to subdivisions they might have otherwise overlooked. During the leanest building years of 2008-2009 MDH continued to grow in recognition among buyers in the Fox Cities due to their ability to adjust to the market needs of affordability coupled with quality materials and custom features.

What’s in the future for MDH? In order to keep current with the changing trends in design and building, the MDH Design Center is undergoing new updates; including the latest trendy paint colors, countertops, and flooring. MDH, and their staff continue to listen intently to our clients in order to create new custom and semi – custom home designs. The MDH sales team has grown to four talented individuals who start every day ready to fulfill the very vision that MDH was built on; to give each client a custom, fun, and convenient building experience.

Welcome New Members Keller Williams - Home Sweet Homes With Lisa 446 N. Weshill Blvd. Suite #1 Appleton, WI 54914 920.948.4602 lcherrmann@kw.com Growing up in the Air Force my family was always on the move. When my father retired and my parents finally bought their first home, I finally understood what that joy can bring. I was so happy for them and that is why I chose real estate. The thrill my mom got out of decorating and painting and planning family gatherings; my dad with his woodwork shop – in their own home. I felt so much love as I watched them. After the lose of both my parents, I felt the need to educate families on tough decisions such as loss of a loved one and/or the sale of their parents homes. I want to be able to counsel senior clients and their families through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
