ounding Partners and Brokers Jamison and Nicole Blair, Esq. were deliberate in the way they assembled their team. Like all good business leaders, they sought agents who could complement each other, fill gaps in market expertise, and understand what buyers and sellers need from a broker. In short, this office isn’t about Jamison and Nicole—but that is where it starts. Jamie spent his youth cradled in the real estate industry, growing up in the mountains and along the shores of our namesake alpine jewel. A natural pro on the slopes, Jamie spent ten years on the Squaw Valley Ski Team, where he was a fivetime Far West Junior Olympian. He graduated to big mountain freeskiing, becoming a mainstay on the World Tour. He earned numerous accolades from national publications and toured the world’s best mountains in competition. Nicole exemplifies ambition and professionalism, excelling in
multiple careers, from education to law to proptech entrepreneur. In addition to her role as Broker at Team Blair Tahoe, Nicole is also the office’s in-house legal counsel. Yet, she maintains a steadfast commitment to clients, ensuring details are never missed and that deals get done.
