Annual General Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge - Saturday 17th June 2017 The Annual Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge will be held at the Lancastrian Suite, Federation Brewery, Dunston, Gateshead, th Tyne and Wear, NE11 9JR. on SATURDAY 17 June 2017. Provincial Grand Lodge will be opened PROMPTLY at 11.00 am. The Provincial Grand Master hopes that many of you will attend this Annual General Meeting and looks forward to welcoming you on the day. Each Lodge in the Province MUST be represented at the meeting and Lodge Secretaries will be asked to confirm the name of that person in a separate communication. The Lodge representative must also apply and pay for a meal if they intend to dine. This year, current Worshipful Masters of Lodges are to have reserved seating and receive a special welcome by the Provincial Grand Master, and it is hoped that as many as possible will attend wearing the collar of their office. Master Masons are also most welcome and encouraged to attend. General Information: A Signature sheet must be signed on entering Provincial Grand Lodge. Dress is to be Dark Clothes, Craft Regalia - gloves ARE required. Brethren must be seated by 10.30 am. Provincial Grand Lodge will be opened PROMPTLY at 11.00 am. Lunch will follow the meeting in the Lancastrian Suite at approximately 2.00 pm. Proceedings should conclude by 4.30pm. Booking details and deadlines: Letters to those individuals receiving honours will be posted to arrive by 1st April 2017. In order to be fair to those st brethren, they will be guaranteed a dining place if they book by 1 June 2017. th Other bookings including those for Grand Officers and Acting Provincial Officers need to be made before Friday 9 June. In the unlikely event that you are unsuccessful, you will be advised accordingly. You do NOT need to apply if you are attending the meeting only and do not wish to dine. No tickets will be issued - bookings for all MUST be made using the attached form which can also be downloaded from our Website.
