September 2016 Dear Sir and Brother, I am directed to inform you that a MEETING of Provincial Grand Lodge will be held at RAINTON MEADOWS ARENA, MERCANTILE ROAD, HOUGHTON-LE-SPRING, DH4 5PH, on FRIDAY, 18TH NOVEMBER 2016. Provincial Grand Lodge will be opened at 6.00pm punctually. Provincial Grand Officers and other members of Provincial Grand Lodge are summoned to attend. If unable to do so, Acting Officers should inform the Provincial Grand Secretary to that effect. All Master Masons are invited to attend. Every Brother must sign the signature sheet. Brethren must be seated in their places by 5.30pm. Dress to be Dark Clothes, Craft Full Dress Regalia and White Gloves. Lodge Secretaries, if not already done so, I request you to announce at the next regular meeting of your Lodge receipt of this communication, enter a note of its contents in the minutes, and send details of the date, time and place of the Meeting to each member with or upon your Lodge Summons.
