Greencore celebrates its Line Coordinator Framework graduates

Local convenience food manufacturer, Greencore, is celebrating 23 colleagues at its salads site in Spalding on completing its bespoke professional development programme ‘Line Coordinator Framework’.

Commenting on the Line Coordinator Framework and the graduates, Simon Titchner, general manager at Greencore said: “I am incredibly proud of the colleagues that have completed our Line Coordinator Framework programme. Everyone has had to work extremely hard and in challenging circumstances due to the Covid pandemic, but we hope that this programme will enable our people to become even better leaders in our business, with the opportunity to further progress their careers with us.”
