Menu & Shopping List designed for a party of 6 people, double or triple quantities depending on guest list
1 x white Cobb Loaf (1 Cobb Loaf dip will be suitable for a guest list of up to 12 … no need to buy another unless you’re expecting a lot of people!) 1 x cup shredded tasty cheese 1/2 x cup shredded parmesan cheese 2 x 500ml sour cream 1 x 400/500ml mayonnaise (egg for richer flavour) 1 or 2 x white French Stick or other crusty bread for dukkah & oil/vinegar tastings 1 x cup quick-cook couscous (unprepared) 1 x 300ml cream, whipped Seasonal fruit for tasting sugars, vinegars & mousse (strawberries, bananas, kiwi fruit, melons) Ice-cream for tasting sugars & Syrups Milk, coffee, tea (our range also has teas) and a hot kettle for beverages Wine, champagne etc for your guests if applicable Variety of dipping biscuits, vegetable sticks, crackers for the dips Variety of platters for serving I will bring all of our products and we will decide on the flavours to highlight on the night—allowing room for spontaneity!

Our dip mixes and seasonings are gluten free, have no MSG, no preservatives, no anti-caking agents and are low in salt! The sour cream and mayonnaise in the dips we prepare at the demo can be substituted for mashed avocado, crushed tomatoes or an appropriate alternative base : there are a number of vegan friendly, soya, dairy free supermarket items available. You may like to suggest that guests with special dietary requirements bring along their favourite base to enjoy mixing with our products
