Homecoming parade

Sorry for the short notice, but a couple of different ideas have been brewing with no resolution.

As Boys Soccer players, coaches, managers, etc. you have an opportunity to ride and/or walk with an old fire truck in the Homecoming Parade this Saturday morning. Most groups are gathering around 9:00 AM. We do not have a slot defined at this time. More info will follow. The truck holds about 9 people. We will have soccer banners available to hold/hang.

Wear Truman jersey or soccer team apparel as your top layer. It will be a chilly morning. If anyone thinks they can juggle the ball around the Independence square, go for it.

I'm not sure what power source will be available (probably none) for music/speakers. If anyone wants music on a boom box, speak up or take care of it please.

Please reply if you are likely to do this. I want to make sure we have a respectable turnout if we are going to do it.
