ABOUT US Boom Shankar has a personality which is quirky and ageless. Owner and designer, Dui has been creating happy, colourful garments for over 21 years. Dui defies trends and follows her heart with her original prints and extremely wearable, flattering fashions. When in her home town Peregian Beach Queensland, Dui designs her worldly inspired collections. When in her part time home India, the designs are ethically bought to life. Boom Shankar thrives on a passion for life, love, colour and the joy that these threads bring to women every day. PRICES All prices are inclusive of GST. We do supply a recommended retail price. We ask that you do not sell below this price, unless on sale. ORDERING This year we have not only supplied you with an order form along with this catalogue but an electronic version of the order form will be emailed to you. The fields of the electronic form will be editable and you are encouraged to fill out and send back to us asap. Please always feel free to contact us for any query regarding our stock, sizing or anything to do with your order. We pride ourselves on customer service and are always happy to assist whenever we can. Our collections are limited and we work on a first in best dressed (literally!) scenario.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES Our terms are strictly no return or exchange on items due to change of mind. If any item is deemed faulty through manufacture we will happily exchange, return or credit your account to the value of the items. When you receive stock that you believe is faulty, it is your responsibility to contact us within 10 days from receiving your order to organise a replacement or a credit. FREIGHT & POSTAGE Your order can be sent using TNT or Australia Post (Express Post). TNT deliveries will take longer to get to you but are more cost effective. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for TNT deliveries and 1-3 business days for Australia Post. Please contact us if you believe your order has not arrived on time and we will track it for you.
