In order to use extended services like managing health, book appointments or ordering medicines, if the user does not have an existing JD account, a prompting window emerges for the user for a free sign up. JD needs to monitor the usage of pattern of these users as well & take out schemes for getting genuine user insights & reviews. Companies like Flipkart give some users acknowledgement by calling them “certified buyers� etc. Users can also be enticed by offering discount offers on consultation charges if they fill the feedback form

Users can add different profiles at the same time for managing & tracking health information of their loved ones

User can chose the medicine, quantity and see the price. OTC drugs & Non- OTC are displayed as well, so that user is informed that they will have to show doctor’s prescription on delivery

Once the user has made the payment, the selected chemist is informed to deliver medication to the user in the stipulated time.

Search From Friends: According to user research, most people referred to their friends for seeking advice on which doctor to chose. Hence JD can provide a list of doctors that the friends of the user has visited. This list can include names of hospitals, clinics & labs, etc. This list is solely based on whether the user wants to share this information or not. However, this may conflict their business listing.
