TOWN NOTICES PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Gravenhurst proposes to enact a by-law to close, stop up and sell to the adjoining owner or owners of them, those parts of the original shore road allowance described as follows: That part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 22, Concession 6, Township of Muskoka, now Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on 35R-25858 and Part 2 on 35R-11937 (Lake Muskoka) THE PROPOSED BY-LAW will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at Gravenhurst Municipal Office, 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Ontario on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at 5:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time the Council will hear any person or by his Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. The Gravenhurst BIA is currently hiring an Administrator. HOURS: 23 hours/week, flexible schedule, may include some evenings & weekends. TERM: One-year part-time contract position with potential to renew. COMPENSATION: $17-$19/hour (experience dependent) EDUCATION: Post-Secondary Degree EXPERIENCE: Minimum one (1) year relevant business experience, knowledge of board procedure, experience with a not-for-profit agency an asset. (A service charge may apply) • By ATM (Automated Teller Machine) • By Telephone or Internet Banking. (Allow 2 - 3 days for payment to be received) AFTER HOURS Payment may be made 24 hours a day at the municipal drop-off box. Please do not put cash in the drop-off box. IN PERSON Payment may be made in person at the Town Office, 3-5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We accept cash, cheque or interac payment only. If you have not received your bill, please contact the Town of Gravenhurst Tax Department immediately. Failure to receive a tax bill does not constitute reason for non-payment.
