TOWN NOTICES DON’T FORGET ABOUT YOUR PETS April 11th is National Pet Day….what a great time to make sure your pet is looked after in the event of an emergency!! Pets are members of the family and making sure that you have a plan for them before an emergency strikes will not only increase your pet’s chance for survival, but it will also help you cope when an emergency happens. Some things to include in your pet’s emergency kit are: • Leash, muzzle, harness • Food and water for 72 hours • Blankets/towels • Small toy • Carrier for transportation For more information on what else to do for your pet(s) during an emergency, visit the OSPCA website at: Emergency Preparedness for Pets This safety message is brought to by your Gravenhurst Emergency Management Team.

Nominations must be signed by the candidate and filed in person or by an agent during regular business hours beginning on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 through to 2:00 p.m. on Friday July 27, 2018 (Nomination Day) Appointments are not required, however, are recommended to align the availability of all parties.
