DID YOU KNOW...IT’S THE LAW This is our final segment of “Did You Know …It’s the Law” and we’ve covered many important Fire Code topics such as owners responsibilities, who constitutes an owner, the responsibility for maintaining records, exits, access routes, extinguishers and fire protection systems. To be sure, the fire safety responsibilities placed on building owners and managers to safeguard those who occupy their buildings are compressive and demanding. But this is how it should be, and is necessary to keep our entire community safe.
