2018 Terence Haight Financial Assistance Program- Calling Applicants!
All meetings are held at the Town Office, 3-5 Pineridge Gate in the Council Chambers unless otherwise posted. Everyone welcome. Agendas are available on the Town’s website, www.gravenhurst.ca/agendas
Applications are invited from community groups and organizations for grant funding under the Terence Haight Financial Assistance Program.
Committee Meeting Date
The Terence Haight Financial Assistance Program was established by the Town of Gravenhurst Council to provide limited financial assistance to community groups and organizations within the municipality to assist with activities, special events or with an improvement to the organization’s existing assets. This support is in recognition of the value of these Organizations to the well-being of the community.

VACANCY TAX REBATE Your opinion matters.. tell us your thoughts on the Vacancy Rebate Program. The District of Muskoka in September, asked regional municipalities to consider canceling this rebate program. Currently in Gravenhurst, commercial and/or industrial property owners whose building(s) were vacant or unused for 90 consecutive days or more are eligible to receive a percentage reduction of 30% to their annual property taxes. The Town is looking for your feedback regarding the program’s future, starting in 2018. Please provide your opinion by Friday, November 3 at Noon by email to jeff.loney@gravenhurst.ca or in writing at Gravenhurst Town Hall.
